We grow, harvest, and process our pistachios ourselves. This gives us full control at every stage: from the quality of the fruit on the tree, to the timing of the harvest, to the processing method that best preserves flavor and aroma.

Decades of hands-on experience have taught us which orchards yield the best varieties, which harvest window delivers the richest aroma, and which processing method brings out the finest flavor.
